The problem we are solving
Most people do not stop training because they cannot find another exercise. They stop because the plan becomes confusing, life interrupts the week, progress slows down, or they no longer know what to do next.
We are building a connected full body training system that makes the next decision smaller: which workout comes next, whether to add a rep, how to change equipment, and how to return after time away.
What makes the project different
One journey
The goal is one visible progression path, not hundreds of unrelated routines competing for attention.
Real-life rules
Missed workouts, holidays, illness and difficult weeks are part of the system rather than reasons to restart it.
Connected equipment
Gym, home and dumbbell training use the same movement patterns and progression logic.
Plain explanations
Readers should know when to add reps, add load, repeat, reduce or seek more appropriate help.
Our current scope
The website provides general education and example programmes. It does not diagnose injuries, replace medical care, offer individual coaching or claim that one routine is ideal for every person.
Transparency matters
The project does not currently claim that every page has been medically reviewed or individually reviewed by a named strength professional. Named author and reviewer credentials will only be displayed when they are real, current and verifiable.
Where the project is going
The long-term product is a guided app that helps users follow a two-year full body training journey. The website is being built first to prove that the guidance is useful, attract the right audience and learn where people most often lose momentum.
